Off-Season Training & Conditioning 2015
For those players looking to improve their skills and conditioning during the off-season of 2015 there are a variety of options. No training or conditioning is required or mandatory, but as a program we want to give options for those looking to develop and train for the next basketball season. We reached out to some local college coaches for their off-season workout plans and they allowed us to share them with you.
